Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when Mavie Hauz orders are shipped.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email right after you order, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time
Our products ship from partner warehouses in the United States and overseas. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

Items from our U.S. warehouses: 3–7 business days.

Items from our international warehouses: 7–15 business days.
If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking can take up to 2 business days to show updates after your order ships.
Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a new estimated shipping date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update the address only until the order ships.
Lost or late packages
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
