These Terms of Service apply to your use of maviehauz.com (the "Site") and to any purchase from Mavie Hauz. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders

Your order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. If we find a pricing error, we will contact you before your order ships and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product information and images

We work to describe every product accurately. Colors and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen. Lifestyle images are illustrative and may show furniture, decor or other items that are not included; the product description lists exactly what is in the box.

Compatibility and trademarks

Smart devices need compatible WiFi (most connect only to 2.4 GHz), a smartphone and the app named in the product description. "Works with Alexa" or "works with Google" means the device can be linked to that assistant through its app. Amazon, Alexa, Google, Google Assistant, Google Home, Apple and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Mavie Hauz is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.

Shipping, refunds and returns

Shipping, refunds, returns and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Safe use

Follow the instructions that come with each product. Use electrical products only within their rated voltage. Products are not designed to be used as life-safety or medical devices. If you use cameras or video doorbells, you are responsible for following local laws on video and audio recording.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy, products and the Site are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be limited by contract.

Text, images and design on the Site belong to Mavie Hauz or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
